TINAHELY WALKING CLUB
On Sunday February 18 the walk is at Slievebawn-Tomduff. Grade B, 10k, 3 hours, meeting at Bunclody at 10.00. On Feb 25 the walk is at Croghan/Raheenleagh. Grade B, Accurate time and meeting place to be decided. Please ensure to wear proper walking boots, to bring adequate food & drink and to pack (or wear) rain gear.

FIRST RESPONDERS
The next training weekend for new members is on Sunday 25th February in Bray if anyone is interested in joining contact Patricia on 0872413293, new people are needed to keep this vital services going. The Responders are trained to administer asprin, do CPR and use the AED, they are called by the ambulance service in case of cardiac arrest, choking and chest pain.
