Florence road car park to close for construction of new centre in Bray

Bray Municipal District have announced the following developments in relation to the Florence Road Car Park.

The Florence Road Car Park will be permanently closed from close of business on Thursday 31st May for the construction of the Florentine Centre. (The construction of this shopping and cinema complex will be completed in the autumn of 2019.)

Alternative free car parking has been sourced at the Old Golf Club lands off Ravenswell Road. This will be available from Tuesday 5^th June. (To enter the Golf Club Lands parking this is accessed from north of The Fran O’Toole Bridge at Ravenswell Road).

Wicklow County Council is encouraging traders and their staff to park at this location.

Until then the Bray Institute of Further Education (BIFE) on Novara Avenue will be available for temporary parking.

Bray Municipal District will be providing progress updates over the duration of this development.
