Perhaps it was the presence of Ireland’s most-acclaimed young golfer, Paul Dunne, that swung it, but the coming together of three of Ireland’s most-acclaimed young-ish comedians in Greystones is going to make this a very special night indeed.
And given that we’re talking about Barry Murphy, Karl Spain And Colum McDonnell, it’s also going to be a very, very funny night.
Part of a week-long charity drive organised by Greystones Golf Club in association with the young Dunne lad, both The Lakers and the Children’s Medical & Research Foundation in Crumlin will benefit from this top-of-the-golf-range comedy night.
Now, let’s see if they can come up with even one decent new joke about golfers…?
