The search is continuing for missing Enniskerry woman Jastine Valdez.
It is understood Garda search teams are have been deployed at a walk near Killiney and an area of Rathmichael in South County Dublin.
The man gardai were looking for in connection with the missing woman was shot by gardai at Cherrywood yesterday evening.
He has been named as Mark Hennessy with an address in Bray.
