Duration: 8 Weeks (This course will run for 8 consecutive Saturdays)
Entry Requirements
– Education: Leaving Certificate standard and have two years relevant previous work experience or have a QQI Level 5 qualification in a related subject
– Aptitude: A good standard of written and spoken English is essential. Attention to detail is important for this course
– Previous Experience: Industrial or commercial experience and experience of giving training instruction to others is essential.

Learning Outcomes
– Identify training and development needs at an organisation and or individual level, to devise a training plan and to explore the scope of training and development design to meet those needs. deliver, assess and evaluate a training and development intervention.
