On Sunday June 10, the walk is Mangans/Garryhoe. Grade B, 10km, 3 hours, meeting at 10.30am, Tinahely. On Sunday June 17, the walk is from Clonegal to Dying Cow. Grade A, 25km, 6 hours, meeting at 9.15am, Tinahely (for bus to Clonegal).

Please note that, starting on July 17, the club is setting out to complete the entire Wicklow Way from south to north. Section by section, Sunday by Sunday, we will walk Clonegal to Dying Cow to Foleystown Wood to Glenmalure to Glendalough to Luggala to Curlestown to Marlay Park. Buses will be hired on some of the days as appropriate. Keep an eye on these notes or the club Facebook page for further details.

As well as the usual advice about bringing proper food and clothing we also ask you to make a realistic assessment of your fitness levels and stamina. All Wicklow Way modules are graded A and are from 15km to 25km in length.


Carnew Musical Society – Auditions

Carnew Musical Society are excitedly preparing for their production of ‘My Fair Lady’ which will take place in St Brigid’s Hall from Monday 26th November – Saturday 1st December 2018.
