Greetings of Buen Camino, stunning open countryside , exercise and camaraderie are all guaranteed for Wicklow participants in NCBI’s first ever organised sponsored Camino this September.
The hugely popular walk, which offers people the chance to take a break, take stock and take a holiday, all at the same time, is now firmly embedded as a bucket list must do!.
Walkers who join the NCBI event can do so in the knowledge that over half of what they raise will go directly to help the 8,000 people who use the services of the NCBI each year.
There are 1,485 people with sight loss in Co. Wicklow. NCBI is currently urgently looking for three participants who may be willing to act as sighted guides on occasions during the week long event, from the 8th to the 15th Septmeber.
You will walk over 100 Km of the hugely scenic French Way over the week long trip with all luggage transfers, hotels and most meals included.
