Status Yellow – Thunder warning for Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Louth, Wicklow, Donegal, Cork and Kerry
Some heavy, thundery showers will develop during the afternoon and evening, with central and western parts of the province most at risk. Where they do, there is a risk of spot flooding. However, some areas will remain dry, especially eastern parts of the province. Top temperatures of 19 to 24 C., best inland, in light northeast, east or variable breezes, which will be moderate locally in sea breezes.
