The thrift shop at the Pavilion, Rednagh Road will be open on Sunday next August 5th from 10- 3.30 pm. Come along and browse the many books toys clothes and brick-a-brac items available.
Lotto
The numbers: 1, 3, 7 and 11 were drawn in the sports club lotto on Monday last July 23rd.The jackpot was won by Mary & Mikey Murray, c/o J O’T. Match three winners were: Des Fitzgerald, Brendan Barnes, Sharon Byrne and Sheila Keogh. The jackpot is €1500.
Bank Holiday Fishing Competition
There will be a fishing competition at the NDAF “Fishing for All” Angling Facility, Rednagh Road, Aughrim on Monday August 6th. from 12 – 3pm. Prizes – Plaques and Fishing Vouchers for heaviest Senior catch of the day and Junior catch of the day. World Meeting of Families Art Exhibition
The Church of the Sacred Heart in Aughrim now has the art exhibits for the World Meeting of Families art exhibition, titled ‘Family Life in Ireland’ on display in our church.

Aughrim Town & Country Market at the Pavilion every Saturday from 10am – 2pm. Enjoy a relaxing sociable morning, catching up with friends and neighbours over a tasty breakfast/brunch or delicious home bakes with a choice of organic barista-style coffees.
