Gardai not treating Blessington lake death as suspicious

The death of a man whose body was recovered from Blessington lake last Sunday is not being as suspicious.

Gardai and the Blessington Rescue boat were involved in the search after it was reported a person was seen entering the lake at Knockerin on Saturday evening.

It is understood the man was from Co.Kildare and the death is being treated as a personal tragedy.
