Each Friday morning,  St. Patrick’s Parish Centre,  Church Road;  11 am to 12.30 am.

Tea/coffee and biscuits.

Memory Lane Music Group is for people with Alzheimer’s and/or their carers.

Singing is not only an enjoyable activity.

It can also provide a way for people with dementia,  and their carers,  to socialise.

They can express themselves and meet up with others in a fun and supportive group.

GRAPE is now on each summer Sunday,  Greystones Harbour Marina.

11.00 am to 5.30 pm each Sunday.

Lots of wonderful art and photographic items to see and purchase.

Second collection at Killruddery House entrance,  9:15 a.m.

Visiting Tullamore Dew Visitor Centre,  Heritage Site Clonmacnoise.

Lunch at Creggan Court Hotel,  Visit to Athlone.

Excellent opportunity to see and learn.

Price,  to include all admission charges,  two course lunch,  bus hire.

Members, €35;  Non Members €50.

This is always a very interesting and enjoyable trip.

Cancer Carers are very special people.

They play an important role in the life of a cancer patient.

The Castle Inn,  Newcastle @12.30 pm.

There is easy access and plenty of free parking.

If you are a Cancer Carer,  please join us for caring and sharing.

Please feel free to bring along the person you are caring for.

This will be a very nice social occasion with an opportunity to chat over a light lunch.

Heritage Week:  Stories from Freemasons in Ireland

Masonic Emerald Lodge No. 49, Masonic Hall,  Hillside Road;  8:00 p.m.

Local Freemasons will share their stories about joining.

And what they connect with and to Freemasonry.

They will speak about famous Irish and International Masons.

Freemasonry has a 300 year long tradition and even older roots.

Brethren from Emerald Lodge No. 49 once again open their meeting hall.

They will share their stores and connections with interested public members.

What is it that connects Mozart,  Burns,  Goethe,  Daniel O’Connell and local brethren ??

See the dome-shaped gravestones dating 1712-1800.

Including fine examples of Elizabethan lettering.

Delgany Guild Irish Countrywomen’s Association Meeting

St. Patrick’s Parish Centre;  8:00 p.m.

Delgany Guild ICA meets tonight and every second Monday of the month.

Lots of activities and ideas to keep you interested !!

Crafts:  jewellery to patchwork;  Drama;  Sports:  swimming to golf.

Outings are regular,  fun and cultural.

Demonstrations,  speakers and competitions are held throughout the year.

Delgany Guild ICA is not all about tea and buns !!

But it is always nice to end a meeting with them !!

Greystones Cancer Support Centre;  8:00 p.m.

This evening is for men who have had cancer or whose family or friends have had cancer.

This will be the last meeting before the summer break.

Allotment at Season Park Farm Allotments NTMK is going well.

The ground has been cleared and the shed is up !!

Fruit,  flowers,  veg,  herbs,  all growing nicely.

Fantastic work from GCS men !!
