Hockey hero Lena returns to Glenealy on Friday night

Glenealy Hall Committee are holding a home coming/welcoming in Glenealy Community Hall, Ballymoat, Glenealy this Friday (10th August) at 6pm for Elena (Lena) Tice.

Lena was representing Ireland’s Women’s Hockey Team in their amazing success in claiming a silver medal in The World Cup Final.

It’s not often one can say we have World Cup silver medal holder in Glenealy.

Lena is George and Scarlett Tice’s daughter/Granddaughter to Susan Philips, Glenealy.

It would be fantastic to see as many people as possible in the hall this Friday for Lena.
