Emergency services attended a fire at an apartment complex in at Mill street in Baltinglass this afternoon.
Fire units from Baltinglass, Dunlavin and Hacketstown fought the blaze which was in an upstairs apartment.
The building was evacuated and one person was taken to hospital.
