Ballyellis National School “Split the Pot”
Friday 19th October winner of “Split the Pot” is Grace Kennedy, Park, Ballyellis – winning €197. We thank everyone for supporting “Split the Pot”. Envelopes can be obtained from the School or any Parent and from Ashling Walsh after weekend Masses in Askamore Church.. Draws will take place every Friday morning in Ballyellis School.
SPLIT THE POT
The winner of Scoil Aodan Naofa Carnew Split the Pot of 14th October was Patrick and Jake O’Rourke winning €274, tickets only €2 from the school or local shops.
BINGO
The next bingo is 4th November at 2.30pm in St Bridget’s Hall, Carnew, all welcome.
ROAD RUN
Crablane Vintage Club’s 7th annual Road Run on October 28th starting from the Crablane at 1pm. Proceeds to Carnew Community Care. Music by Stacey Breen and raffle in the bar at 6. All welcome.
BAZAAR
The annual Bazaar of Tinahely and Carnew Union parishes will be held on Friday 26th October in Colaiste Bhride Carnew at 7pm with the usual cake stall, vegetables, bric a brac, bottle stall, raffles and more, all welcome.
CARNEW PLOUGHING
Carnew Ploughing Association will hold their annual ploughing match on Sunday 4th November at 11am on lands kindly sponsored by Kevin Doran in Coolroe, entries to Kevin McEvoy
