Wicklow Fire Services were faced with the task of extinguishing four violent outdoor fires in Wicklow Town, all of which took place within a matter of hours on Wednesday.
The first fire took place at the Sea Crest housing estate at 4 pm, which was followed shortly by two violent fires which caused havoc on the Murrough at 5 pm and 6 pm that day.
The fourth and most intense fire took place at The Oaks, Keatingstown at 9 pm that night.
People in Wicklow are urged to be vigilant on the lead up to Halloween as the possibility of man-made fires are at their highest.
