Tai Chi for Arthritis
Are you over 50 and would like to improve your general health and well being ??
This form of exercise is adapted from the Ancient Chinese martial arts.
It integrates mind body and spirit and promotes relaxation.
It can help you gain greater muscular strength, joint mobility and improved balance.
Suitable for individuals with arthritis.
Or those who would simply like the slow, smooth, continuous movements of sun style Tai Chi.

Whale Theatre: Raising the Roof|Karigiri Hospital in South India
Whale Theatre, Theatre Lane, Greystones; 8:00 p.m.; Doors, 7:00 p.m.

This promises to be an entertaining and inspirational night, showcasing local talent.
Singers and musicians will be raising the roof, musical director, Gary McDowell.
Your support will raise the roof of new Outpatients Department, Karigiri Hospital.
The hospital is located in South India.
Concert is a fundraiser for the Leprosy Mission, a well known organisation.
Its aim is to eradicate leprosy from today’s world, once and for all.
It supports research and training at hospitals like Karigiri Hospital.
Performers will be a mix of amateur, semi-professional and professional singers.
Music will be classical, light opera, choral and popular.
Something to suit all tastes !!
There is a lot of hidden talent in Greystones.
