Maintenance Person/Car Park Attendant

The Brockagh Resource Centre wishes to recruit a part-time maintenance person/car park attendant.. Applicants must be eligible for the Community Services Programme (eligibility is confined to those in receipt of certain DEASP payments, Contact the manager, Pauline Fahy, on 0404- 45600 for further information or email brockaghresourcecentre@gmail.com.

Glendalough Car Boot Sales 

Join fellow shoppers for our next car boot day on Sun, 4th of Nov., open from 10am to 4pm. Come early to find your bargains on practically anything from household items to garden additions, and even vintage or antique treasures. Vans must be booked in. Please pre-book indoor spaces early. Contact the Brockagh Centre on 0404-45600 or email laraghit@eircom.net if you wish to book an indoor space or if you prefer to sell outside just show up at 8am on the morning.

Citizen’s Information Clinic                                                                                                      

The Citizens Information Centre at the Brockagh Resource Centre is open for information relating to your rights and entitlements from 10 am until noon on the first and third Tuesday of each month. No appointment is necessary for this free and confidential service.

 

AA Meetings                                                                                                                           

 Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night all year round.

 

Mini-Mindfulness Retreat

Recycle Clothes Week

The Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh will be collecting clothes in aid of the centre from Mon the 5th of Nov to Fri the 9th of Nov. You can drop in your clothes bag throughout the week up until 12pm on the Friday. Thank you for your support.

Afternoon Tea Dance

A pre-Christmas afternoon tea dance will take place in the Brockagh Centre from 3 to 6 pm on Sunday 18th November. Music will be by the Wicklow Man. All are welcome but groups must book in advance by calling the Centre on 0404-45600. There will be a small charge to cover refreshments. Donations of raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated.
