Seven new housing units were unveiled today on the site of Arklow’s former technical school and library.
Talks to bring the building back into use had been ongoing for months and now the final stretch of progress is being made in turning it into suitable housing – with four of the seven homes now accessible.
The building will be named “The Old Schoolhouse” as tribute to its past.
The Old Schoolhouse will consist of three one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units.
