Wicklow home prices have risen by €20,000

It has been reported that property prices in Co.Wicklow have risen by €20,000 in the last year alone.

The report, issued by MyHome.ie, reveals that the average price to buy a property in Co.Wicklow now stands at €320,000 – a rise of €20,000 or 6.6% in the last 12 months.

The last time Wicklow property prices were this was in the second quarter of 2010 – then standing at €39,000

It was reported only weeks ago that Wicklow is the second most expensive place to rent in Ireland, just after Dublin.
