Just in case you are one of the families that has tickets for the Wild Lights at Dublin zoo, it has been cancelled this evening as dangerous winds have been forecast for Dublin this evening.
A statement from Dublin Zoo said: “Following a consultation from Met Eireann regarding dangerous winds forecasted, Wild Lights has been cancelled for Friday 7 December 2018.
“This decision was made because the health and safety of our visitors and staff is a priority at all times.
“Wild Lights ticket-holders for this date will be sent an email with full details in regards to the cancellation via the email address which was registered at the time of booking.
“Ticket holders for Friday’s event will be fully refunded.”
