Gardai have sealed off an area in Bray following a shooting this evening.
It is understood a man was shot in the chest a number of times by a gun man.
The shooting happened at St Laurence’s Terrace close to the Lower Dargle road at about 8.45pm.
He has been taken from the scene by ambulance, but his condition is not known.
