ASL in Arklow are hiring a bookkeeper/general admin person
This position is a full time role with a large variety of tasks that will be ideal for someone who is enthusiastic and quick to learn.

Duties:
General Bookkeeping including:
•Creation and processing of Debtor invoices and credit control
•Processing of Creditor invoices and supplier payments
•Transfer of account information from in-house booking system to Sage
•Bank and credit card reconciliation
•General bookkeeping duties
Receptionist/Administrator:
•Shared front of house duties including fielding incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors
•To provide general administrative support
•Filing and management of documents within existing systems
•Liaising with Clients, Consultants and Suppliers
Candidate Requirements:
•Prior bookkeeping experience is essential
•Excellent phone manner and time management
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential
•This role is suited to an outgoing person with strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness and ability to work within a team
•Experience with Sage would be beneficial
