House prices in County Wicklow are set to rise in 2019.
Prices in the county have risen by €21,000 in the last year and are expected to rise nationally by around 5 per cent.
The latest report by MyHome.ie shows prices across the country fell by 0.9% in the last 3 months of 2018 and were unchanged in Wicklow and Dublin.
The average house price in Wicklow is €320,000, and €266,000 euro across the country.
The most expensive area to buy a home is South County Dublin costing €591,000, while the cheapest is Leitrim where the average price is €132,000.
