A message from the Dublin-Wicklow Mountain Rescue team regarding the Sally Gap

The R115 and R759 roads which cross the Sally Gap are impassable, with long stretches of sheet ice.

The section of R115 between Glencree and Sally Gap cross is closed and blocked. Conditions in the area are extremely hazardous.

Please do not put our volunteer team members lives at risk by ignoring these warnings.
