Zumba is a fun and energetic class combining both Latin and popular music. The movement of Zumba is a great way for children to exercise and have fun at the same time.

MUSICAL THEATRE CLASS FOR CHILDREN
Elevation School of Performing Arts are now on their second term in Annacurra and are welcoming new children to the amazing class on Thursday afternoons.
Musical Theatre is great for children’s self confidence and general well being. The class offers specific training in Musical Theatre style production pieces which include singing, dance movement and acting.

Yoga
An “Introduction to Yoga” workshop will take place in Aughrim Sports Complex on Sunday February 24th 10am – 12pm. This workshop is for anybody who is new to yoga or returning after a long break. Participants will get a good sense of what to expect in a beginner’s yoga class. Cost – €20. Booking is essential.
