Congratulations to Niamh McGettigan on the honour of captaining the Senior County Ladies this year. It was not to be for the Wicklow Ladies who made the long trip to Kiltoom, Roscommon to take on the home side with the final score: Roscommon 4-10 Wicklow 2-06.  Hard luck to all involved especially our own Niamh McGettigan, Sarah Delahunt, Clodagh Fox, Megan Dunne, Kate Hennessy and Erynn O’Brien.

We are all delighted that St Patricks Andy O’Brien has rejoined the Senior County Hurlers. In the first game of the double header in Aughrim the result did not go Wicklow’s way. Full Time Wicklow 0-15 Down 1-23.
