Final call for applications for Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur

The Local Enterprise Office are once again searching for Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur among an ever-growing pool of homegrown creative and business talent, but applications are closing at midnight this Friday the 15th of March – so now is the time to have your say.

The IBYE was established to spotlight and reward business innovation among young entrepreneurs while giving them access to the funds necessary for them to grow, achieve, and improve the local business landscape.

The awards run across three categories; Best Business Idea, Best Start-Up Business, and Best Established Business.

With an IBYE investment fund of €50,000 each, every LEO will award up to six investments to three category winners and three runners-up at county level. The local winners in the Best Start-Up and Best Established Business categories at county level will receive investments of up to €15,000 each and the two runners-up will each receive up to €5,000.
