Inquest into the death of Jastine Valdez to take place in November

The inquest into the death of Jastine Valdez is set to take place in November of this year.

The 24 year-old student was abducted and forced into the boot of a car close to Enniskerry on Saturday May 19th of last year.

Following a major search the young woman’s body was found in scrub land off Puck’s castle lane, Rathmichael a number of days later.

This morning Inspector Frank Keenaghan of Bray Garda Station applied to the Deputy Coroner Dr. Crona Gallagher for a date for hearing for Jastine’s inquest.

A full hearing will now take place on the 4th of November this year.
