Mountain Rescue and Gardai urge motorists to keep away from the Sally Gap

Motorists are being advised  road impassable signs have just been put in place on all 4 roads leading up to the Sally Gap after consultation with An Garda Siochana due to heavy snowfall in the Wicklow Uplands

Motorists are being urged to use alternative routes.

Snow has also been reported in many parts of West Wicklow.
