Students will gain both knowledge and first-hand experience in the hospitality industry while working in the busy and popular Riverwalk Café at Marine House in Wicklow Town.

That means that, whether it’s working the till, taking an order, or preparing the food – students gain an all-encompassing knowledge of the industry, with special attention being paid to culinary skills, food nutrition, and all the practical skills necessary to work in a café.
