Annacurra notes week April 8th

Benefit Night

A local benefit night will be held on Easter Saturday night April 20 in The Saltee Pub.

Your support will be greatly appreciated.

Annacurra Community Playground

On Saturday last, the playground was officially opened by Father John Paul Sheriden and local Councillor Pat Kennedy. The day was a great success.  The sun shone, the Michael Dwyer pipe band played and the crowd cheered as the children ran into the playground. It was wonderful to see the playground being enjoyed by so many.

This project could not have been possible without the support of the whole community.  We would like to thank everyone who helped, sponsored, supported or donated in any way to get this fantastic amenity for our village.
