SCOIL AODAN NAOFA SPLIT THE POT

The winner of last weeks Scoil Aodan Naofa Carnew Split the Pot was won by Raymond Byrne who won €228.Congratulations.

The sellers prize was won by Erin Davies who won a €10 voucher for Victors and the lucky dip winner was Ally Bynre .

Ballyellis National School “Split the Pot”

Friday 5th April,  2019   winner of  “Split the Pot” is Patricia Murphy, Drummond  –  winning €144.   We thank everyone for supporting “Split the Pot”. Envelopes can be obtained from the School or any Parent and from Ashling Walsh after weekend Mass in Askamore Church.. Draws will take place every Friday morningin Ballyellis School.

TINAHELY WALKING CLUB

CHAIR YOGA

Carnew Community Care.  Tuesdays, 10am to 11am.
This is a gentle exercise class for seniors aiming to improve flexibility, strength and mobility.  Chair yoga can also help promote balance, co-ordination and improve overall health and well-being.  €8 per class. GENTLE YOGA CLASS

Carnew Community Care.  Tuesdays 11.15am to 12.15pm.
This class comprises of gentle yoga stretching movements synchronised with the breath which promotes mindful awareness and reduces stress.  The pace is gentle and postures are modified. Gentle yoga increases flexibility and strengthens muscles and bones while improving posture. €8 per class.

CARNEW WALKING CLUB 

Carnew walking club meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7.30pm in Carnew GAAPitch and walk around the pitch, all welcome.
