The Wicklow Wolf Brewing Company has been approved a grant of €195,000 from the Government’s Leader ‘Location Action Groups’ fund to assist in the construction of a new brewery at a site in Newtownmountkennedy.
Wicklow Fine Gael TD Andrew Doyle welcomed the news, commending the outstanding growth of the company since it commenced operations five years ago.
The company’s current headquarters in Bray will be converted into a tourism visitor experience and research and innovation hub.
Doyle also mentioned that the conversion of the Bray facility into a visitor centre will assist in the promotion of the Wicklow brand to a domestic and international audience.
