The Employee Shining Star category is set to be a tightly contested battle with three competitive nominations. This award is to highlight the hard work and dedication of individual employees in firms throughout Wicklow.
Chelsey Doonan is Head Chef at Food at Fishers an award-winning daytime cafe located beside Fishers Department Store in Co. Wicklow. Having graduated in Culinary Arts, she honed her skills at Avoca to become Head Pastry Chef before joining Food at Fishers in 2013. She has won several taste awards for her food.
Doonan is joined in the race by her Fishers colleague Sharon Earls. Sharon is one of the General Managers at Fishers of Newtownmountkennedy, holding a broad responsibility for team management, design, marketing as well as being part of the strategic team which makes her a key team member. Sharon previously ran the successful Hide and Seek Boutique
Last but not least we have Jean Evans of Highline Office Technology. Jean is a strategic member of the team managing sales, account management, general management and all marketing efforts for the company. She is passionate about understanding companies businesses with a view to ensuring the right solution for their needs when it comes to all things office equipment.
