The annual Taste of Wicklow Festival is set to return for its seventh year on June 28 in the Abbbey Grounds Wicklow Town. Early bird tickets are now available for the festival that attracted approximately 5000 visitors in 2018.
The event sets out to promote everything good about food production and crafts in County Wicklow. Local chefs and food producers are invited to apply for stall space for the Sunday of the festival.
As ever, the event is set to be a weekend of fun and good food for the whole family with a plethora of chefs, food stalls, live music performances, amongst a whole host more, taking centre stage.
The schedule of events for this year’s Taste of Wicklow is as follows –
Friday, June 28
Outdoor cinema at The Abbey, showing The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody – Gates open 9pm
Saturday, June 29
DJ – 4.30pm-5pm
Local talent TBA – 5pm-5.45pm
DJ – 5.45pm-6.30pm
Jaméire – 6.30pm-8pm
Promises and Liars – 8.30pm-10pm
After taste @ The Bridge Tavern – 10.30pm-1am
Sunday, June 30
