International music star and Wicklow resident Chris de Burgh is putting his Bushey Park home up for sale.
Bushey Park located close to the village of Enniskerry is on the market for €12.5 million.
The property was originally purchased by the De Burgh family in 1996 and underwent major renovation.
There are eight en-suite bedrooms a “leisure complex” with a screening room, a games room, and an indoor pool.
It is understood de Burgh and his wife Diane are to move to Dalkey.
The property is for sale through David Ashmore of Sotheby’s International Realty who are also overseeing the sale of Luggala estate for €28 million.
