For the summer I will be running a 10 am Wednesday morning Pilates class in Aughrim Sports Complex and a 6.45pm Tuesday evening class in Redcross Church Hall Redcross. We are going to Shelbourne Park Greyhound Races on Tuesday night, July 16th. Package – which includes entry and 2 course dinner is €25. Payment has to be made 2 weeks in advance. Bus will be extra. We continue to meet at Phelan’s at 10.30am for a short walk and coffee afterwards.
