Senior Mens Footballers
Our Senior Mens Footballers had a brilliant win over Baltinglass this weekend in the Championship.

Bray Emmets 3-11
Baltinglass     2-07

After two losses in their opening Championship group games both Bray and Baltinglass needed to win to keep their Championship hopes alive. The game reflected this do-or-die situation with huge intensity and work-rate evident from both sides. Baltinglass started the brighter team and lead by 5 points after 25 mins. A penalty for Bray, scored by Des Kelly and a resulting red card for Baltinglass just before half-time was a huge turning point in the game. Bray then pushed on in the second half and dominated the game with brilliant goals scored by Marc Lennon and Cathal McGee and some lovely points by Eoin McCormack, Ben McCormack and Darrach Rochford to name a few.

Next up for the team is another must win game vs Eire Og on Saturday the 17th at 18:45 in Aughrim.

Senior Hurlers
Our Senior Hurling team are back in Championship action this weekend after a few weeks off. They meet Carnew on Sunday at 16:15 in Aughrim. Both teams are pushing for top places in the group so it should be a tasty game of hurling. Get down to Aughrim if you can to cheer the team on!
