The following are the walks for the next two weeks for Tinahely Walking Club
Aug 18: Blackstairs Part 2: Scullogue Gap, Blackstairs, Mt – Glynn. Level B+, 18 km, 6hrs. Meet Bunclody 9.15am.
Aug 25: Curracloe. Level C, 8 km, 2.5 hrs. Meet Curracloe Car Park 10 am.
As usual, please remember to wear proper walking boots, pack full rain gear and bring adequate food & drink. Please check Tinahely Walking Club Facebook page for any changes to the scheduled walks.
House Clearance Sale

GARDEN COUNTY COUNTY FEST
The Garden County Country Fest. Tickets are now on sale. Teenage Disco tickets and Adult Tickets are now available in Victors Newsagents, Classic Cut Hairdressers and from all members of
Carnew GAA club or Carnew Heritage Club.
A great line up of artists including Derek Ryan, Theresa and the Stars. Take 5 and more.
POP UP SHOP
There will be a Pop up Shop in The old Finesse Boutique on the Main Street in Carnew for the coming weeks, opening times on the door, items include sports wear, musical instruments, clothing, Brice a brac, furniture and lots more, all items must be sold so pop in and grab a bargain.
All proceeds to Hollywood comes to Askamore for the Forrest Gump Group towards Ballyellis NS and Askamore Community Centre , all support welcome and if you would like to donate items call into the shop or phone Breda 0876357361.

Carnew GAA lotto was not won numbers were 5.14.22.32, lucky dips were Sue Fogarty c/o. Bookies. Shane Byrne. Kilcavan Cross. Gabrielle Tighe,c/o Garry Doran. Donny Browne, Coollattin Road. The next draw is 19th August in Sinnott’s and the jackpot is €3,400. Tickets on sale from local shops or players. Thanks to everyone for their support, it is greatly appreciated.
