National Heritage Week kicks off on Saturday

National Heritage Week will kick off this coming Saturday the 17th of August and will continue until Sunday the 25th.

A host of events will be taking place throughout County Wicklow, among the highlights are the open day at Wicklow Light house on Sunday the 25th from 10am-4pm, a rare opportunity to visit Castle Howard in Avoca from 9am to 1 pm each day and make an insect hotel in Dunlavin on Saturday from 11am to 12 noon.
