Wicklow Olympic Gold medallist honoured with housing estate in his name

Olympic Gold Medallist and Arklow born Ronnie Delany has had a brand new housing state in Arklow named after him to honour his achievements.

The 17 home Delany park located in Arklow Town was officially opened today.

The housing estate is one of two estates opened in the town, with the two estates set to house 55 families in total.
