Christmas FM is returning to the airwaves

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Our favourite festive radio station Christmas FM is returning to the national airwaves tomorrow, Thursday November 28, at 1pm.

The station will play all of our favourite festive jingles and tunes, new and old, until Friday, December 27, remaining on digital only until New Year’s Eve.

The following are the frequencies used in Wicklow to access the station:

North Wicklow99.5 FM
South Wicklow106.6 FM

Christmas FM will broadcast from The Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin, who have provided the broadcasting space for free.

The station have partnered with Barretstown for this year, as it aims to raise over €250,000, which will go directly towards Barretstown’s mission of rebuilding these people’s lives through therapeutic programmes.

The primary sponsors of the station are Coca Cola, Cadbury and An Post.
