Holyhead Greystones Twinning Celebration

Our Twinning Partners Holyhead will be with us in Greystones next weekend.

They will participate in our Greystones Christmas Lighting Ceremony.

The ceremony will feature the Holyhead Male Voice Choir.

Special visitor will be the Holyhead Santa.

Wonderful Male Voice Choir Concert on Saturday,  23 November 2019.

Greystones Rugby Club;  8:00 p.m.  Admission is €10 at the door.

Newtownmountkennedy and Holyhead Male Voice Choirs come together.

Male Voice Choirs have a special magic of their own.

Wonderful evening of voices across the Irish Sea.

Rousing and not-to-be missed,  nor forgotten,  musical evening !!

Choirs will be joined by The Magee Brothers,  well known family Holyhead Folk Band.

Speaker will be Paul Flynn,  subject will be:

Picture of Romance:  The Lives of Artists Paul & Mabel Young.

Paul Henry is one of Ireland’s most recognised landscape painters.

He and English-born Mabel Young,  also an artist,  met while she was on holiday in Kilmacanogue.

Both are buried in St. Patrick’s Church,  Enniskerry.

Talk celebrates the lives and love-stories of both these formidable 20th century artists.
