Hollywood No Name Club
The no name club are running a cake sale to raise funds for the hollywood centre roof repairs. The cake sale will take place in the centre on Saturday 30th November after 6pm mass and Sunday 1st December after 8.30am & 11.30am mass. All donations of cake and bread are very welcome. They are also taking donations of shoeboxes and clothes for the homeless appeal. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Tidy towns
Our AGM was postponed and the new date is now Tues 3 Dec at 8pm in the Centre, we would welcome anyone interested in coming along on the night as new ideas and input is always appreciated. Our Calendar & Christmas cards are available to buy in the Parish Office, Breda’s Hair Salon, The Café, The Hollywood Inn & Tutty’s. Work mornings continue every Sat meeting in carpark at 10 am.
An ecumenical carol service
An ecumenical carol service will take place in St. Kevin’s church of Ireland on Friday 13th December at 8pm all are welcome
Donard Comhaltas Ceoilteori
Their 62nd Annual Concert is on Sunday 1st December in the hall from 8.00pm to 10.00pm. Admission €5 which includes tea. Everybody welcome.
Friendship Club
The Mini Christmas Craft Fair has been cancelled and being replaced by a Table Quiz in Tutty’s Hollywood on Friday 7th February Quiz Master Pat O Neill.

Pilates Classes

Hollywood Bowls
The Club bowl every Tuesday & Friday nights in The Hollywood Centre between 8-10pm. New Members’ are always welcome, so come along and see what it is all about, it is a great way to spend the winter nights.
Music Under The Mountain

Hollywood GAA
Hollywood GAA Lotto Draw will be held this coming Wednesday night 27th November in Tutty’s Pub for a Jackpot of €12,600.

Hollywood GAA AGM will be held on 1st December at 4pm in The Hollywood Community Centre. Nomination forms will be emailed to all members who have provided us with an email address and can be downloaded from the club website. Hollywood GAA Lip Sync was launched on Saturday night in conjunction with the Awards night. Some of the contestants were introduced and they are all very enthusiastic about their participation in the event, They will start their fundraising soon and we hope you will all support them.

Our Div 5 team were receiving their medals for winning the South/West League and there following individual awards were presented also. Most Improved Player Evan Burke, Young Player of the Year Ryan Mulvey, Junior C Player of the Year Dan Coyne, Junior A Player of the Year Kevin Glennon, Senior Player of the Year Shane Kelly. Congratulations to all the players and mentors.

Bingo takes place in the Hollywood Centre every Thursday night at 8.30pm.
We have two jackpots – €3,250 and €5,000 to play for each week.
