Sincere sympathy is extended to the family and relatives of Colin Smith, Gorey Road, Carnew who died last week, his remains were removed from Murphy’s Funeral Home on Monday morning for cremation in Mount Jermone crematorium.To Fr Chris Hayden, Coolfancy, his family and relatives on the death of his mother Breda Hayden, Enniscorthy last week.

February 16th is Askamore. Level B, 12 km, 3 hrs. Meet Askamore car park 10.30 am.
February 23rd is Art’s Lough. Level B+, 14 km, 4 hrs. Meet Tinahely 9.45 am or Glenmalure Lodge 10.30 am.

This is a very gentle exercise class for seniors aiming to improve flexibility, strength and mobility. Chair yoga can also help promote balance, co-ordination and improved overall health and well-being.

GENTLE YOGA CLASS, Carnew Community Care. Tuesday mornings from 11.15am – 12.15pm. €8 per class.
This class comprises gentle yoga stretching movements synchronised with the breath which promotes mindful awareness and reduces stress.
The pace is gentle and postures are modified. Gentle yoga increases flexibility and strengthens muscles and bones while improving posture.
