This class comprises gentle yoga stretching movements synchronised with the breath which promotes mindful awareness and reduces stress. The pace is gentle and postures are modified. Gentle yoga increases flexibility and strengthens muscles and bones while improving posture.

MEWP mobile Elevated working €200 9-12. Train the trainer (QQI level 6) Tuesday 4,11,17,25 February €500 9.30- 4.30pm, every Tuesday for 4 weeks, TBC payroll €280 Monday evenings. TBC Book keeping €280 Tuesday evening.

SINGING CLASSES

STORY HOUSE
There will be a story night in Askamore on Saturday 22nd February at 8pm local Oscar winner Owen Doyle will be making a guest appearance with his rendition of the famous Bull McCabe speech, all are welcome, all proceeds will go towards the upkeep of Askamore church and cemetery.
