The Main Street in Arklow remains closed due to a fire at a derelict building on the Main Street.
Fire Services from Arklow and Wicklow are attending the blaze.
A number of businesses on the Main Street have closed due to loss of electricity.
It is understood there was no one in the buliding at the time of the fire.
Diversions are in place.
