The organisers of the Storm Teenage Discos in Wicklow have cancelled the forthcoming events which were due to be held at the Beehive on Friday the 6th of March and Friday the 13th of March.
The Storm organisers said
“Storm policy is and always will be the safety and well being of our patrons. In light of this we have taken the decision to cancel the upcoming Storm discos.
We are doing this in light of the Coronavirus and it’s better to be safe than sorry in our view. I know those intending to go will be disappointed, but your well being is our primary objective.
All those who received tickets can hold onto them. This situation is very fast moving and fluid, and changing daily.
But we have to think of the kids safety first.”
