In the light of the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic it is with great regret that we have been forced to postpone September’s walk along the Camino in aid of the Wicklow Hospice.
With the ongoing travel restrictions and the ban on gatherings of more than a small number of people it would make participants’ fundraising endeavours quite difficult.
It is hoped to reschedule this inaugural Wicklow Hospice Camino Walk for sometime in 2021. All going well there is the Hike for Hospice: Glen to Glen Walk (Glenmalure to Glendalough) in aid of the Hospice scheduled for 13th September.
We may not be able to spend a week on the Camino but we hope to be able spend a few hours on this ancient Wicklow Pilgrims’ Way. For more details check out the Hospice website or contact Sinead on 087-0954137 or sinead@wicklowhospice.ie.
