A rare visitor to Wicklow shores has caused a stir in Greystones.
The exotic bird was first spotted on the beach on Monday afternoon.
The Brown Booby is normally found in the tropical areas of the Atlantic Ocean.
The health of the bird was unknown and was removed from the beach by the Parks and Wildlife Service this evening.
